Assembly Service for Multicopter

We build up and provide your multicopter ready to fly (RTF) according to your individual demands inclusive all required components. We apply the commonly used frames, which we complement or modify on request of customer needs. Alternatively, we also offer self-designed base-frames. In 2018 the Pixhawk2.1 "The Cube" is used as the autopilot. The cube is an affordable alternative to the also very reliable Pix32 of HolyBro (PX4-compatible AP, and identical 3DR Pixhawk). We use for rtf pre-configured SUAV only the current ArduPilot firmware. Autopilot and related accessories, such as radio telemetry, have the required CE testing in the framework of the EU-directives.

For propulsion we apply either the components of the manufacturer Tiger Motor, KDE Direct, and if available DJI Tuned Propulsion Sets. In terms of power output (thrust/speed) the characteristics of the motors and controller are very different despite similar designations by the individual manufacturer.

The best choice usually results from the respective operation purpose, the desired flight time and the expected total payload. On request we can also complete your desired multicopter of course with matching accessories, such as camera gimbal, remote triggering of the camera, live video transmission (FPV) and additional sensors (Lidar, etc.).

Before the ready-for-use delivery of your multicopter we conduct internal quality assurance procedures including video recording.
In case of picking up your individual copter we offer you to intensive test fly on our spacious premises. Of course, we will give you a personal instruction and assistance if necessary.
